Registers greets all patients and employees atthe doors of the facility, asking the current relevant screening questions asper COVID19 screening process, while maintaining exceptional interpersonalcustomer services. 

Job Requirements

Requires: Excellent customer service skills. Excellent critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision and be able to function independently within high-level stress/discourse. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain positive working relationships with patients, visitors, physicians and staff. Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information. Ability to multi-task and be flexible. Ability to prioritize. Ability to interpret, adapt, and apply guidelines and procedures. Ability to identify problems, problem solve and recommend solutions. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to communicate in a professional, respectful manner; Must have strong skills in English grammar, spelling and math. Strong attention to detail. Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and perform appropriate hand-off of information. Must possess the ability to prioritize work and to be aware of multiple time frames/deadlines. Must be able to work in a stressful environment with frequent interruptions and take appropriate action. Accurate typing skills and basic experience with computers. Bilingual, Spanish speaking and writing beneficial. Required to be flexible with shifts that cover days, evening, weekends and holidays. May need to work periodic overtime. Expected Salary  $12.75 plus applicable shift differentials.
